Public data at your fingertips

Dear Superbio community,

Back in October, we shared a ‘Boring but Important’ update, laying the groundwork for more sophisticated data management on Superbio. We’re excited to jump into the new year with the next phase of our Data Hub: Open Data.

With this new feature, you can instantly save sc-genomics files from CELLxGENE and PDB files from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) directly to your Superbio workspace. No more combing through disparate databases for the right dataset. You can simply type in relevant keywords, view matching datasets, and save directly to your workspace for ingestion into any of our AI models.

This update is part of our commitment to streamlining biological workflows and providing seamless access to the resources you need. Whether you're exploring single-cell data or studying protein structures, Open Data ensures you spend less time managing files and more time advancing your research.
