Dear all,

We’re excited to share a big milestone for Superbio. Starting today, the Pipeline Builder can generate a “ready-to-run” Jupyter notebook from any computational protocol you create.

Each notebook comes pre-loaded with all the Superbio API calls and parameters, so you can:

  • Download and run it locally

  • Tweak it for your needs

  • Build on top of it to extend your workflow

This update takes us one step closer to truly autonomous scientific discovery. Stay tuned for more exciting news soon!
